The average price for a side of pork is $250.00. ($2.15/lb cut and wrapped)

Fees: Slaughter $40 whole pig or $20 half pig

EACH ORDER IS PROFESSIONALLY CUT, INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED, AND EACH PACKAGE IS MARKED WITH ITS CONTENT.

Our pork is sold by the Side or Whole Pig, cut and packaged to your specifications.

A side of pork includes (approximately):
  • Five 3 lb smoked hams
  • Nine 1 lb packages of bacon (smoked and sliced)
  • Twenty-five 3/4" Pork Chops
  • Three 5 lb roasts
  • One 3 lb package of ribs
  • Three lbs of Sausage of your choice

 Curing / Smoking: $0.60 per lb extra
